An aqueous, 1-component, polyurethane-based dispersion adhesive for the production of elastic bonds between substrate surfaces contains at least one acid carrier with weak acid and shows a pH value lower than that of the raw polyurethane dispersion. An Independent claim is also included for a method for the elastic bonding of two substrate surfaces, at least one of which is porous, by applying the above dispersion adhesive to at least one of the joint surfaces, bringing the wet surfaces into contact and then applying a pressure of at least 0.1 N/cm2 for at least 0.5 seconds.
