Method of vibration compression of cohesive and non-cohesive materials, e.g. loose rock, achieves an optimal vibration process

The method involves adding media with a process-controlled vibrator (6). The delivered medium is used to both drive the vibrator and to vary the compressibility of the compression material. The added material can be a liquid and/or gas. The achieved degree of compression is continuously measured and fed to the process controller. An Independent claim is also included for an arrangement for implementing the method.
