The building has a solar collector (3) to provide energy, and a thermally insulated foundation (4) against the ground (6) made of a material with high heat storage properties, to store and transfer heat. The building includes a channel system (A) for warming-up air (9), a primary circuit (B) for the solar fluid (15), a fresh air guide system (C) with a fresh air guide (22) passing through the foundation, and an air guide system (D) with heat recovery.
