Self-sufficient low-energy building roofs entire front at specified angles as mounting and roofing elements of glass or solar collectors on raftered substructure.
Self-sufficient low-energy building roofs entire front at specified angles as mounting and roofing elements of glass or solar collectors on raftered substructure.
The entire front of the building is covered by an angled, curved, stepped etc roof which is flat and stands at angle 0-180 deg , for dwellings preferably 20-60 deg and for all types of high-rise buildings 50-90 deg . The roof is made in modular form as mounting elements or other substructural elements taking the roof elements themselves. These roofing elements open outwards as window or form fixed translucent elements or again medium-heating photovoltaic solar collectors or translucent insulation elements. The mounting and roofing elements lie flush on the outside of the roof, using glass or similar surfaces for the roofing elements, with roofing and mounting elements arranged on a substructure carried on the rafters. Post intervals in post and beam structures equal element width.
