The system includes a brake activation device (1), and a retention arrangement (2) activated by the brake activation device, to provide preferably a progressive brake-repercussion power course with increasing activation path. The retention arrangement includes at least two mutually repelling (3a, 3b), which are preferably rod-shaped, and are arranged parallel to each other in a predetermined distance in longitudinal direction, forming a magnet gap (4).
