The valve has a shaft (1) with a fixed conical valve plate (2) and a loose valve plate (3) with thread. The fixed plate has a groove (4) for water retention in the joint to the shaft. The shaft has an additional longitudinal groove (5) for water supply. The shaft with loose valve plate is located in a housing (7), so that it can move to and fro dependent upon the desired water dose. The valve closes when a pressure is generated in the combustion chamber, and the water channels are accessible for the inflowing water. The valve plate shuts-off the water supply and the water volume drains from the channels into the combustion chamber.
