Carbon dioxide is used as a cooling fluid. The new pipes (10) solve the problem of leakage of carbon dioxide and are flexible. Each pipe is made of at least two layers, an elastic outer layer (12) and a woven inner layer (18). The meshes of the inner layer (28) are of a very small size preventing the molecules of the carbon dioxide from escaping. More layers can be added, in particular a reinforcing layer (24).
