A connected stack of detachable mold sections, is pressed together by edge plates on its end faces. Preferred features: Mold sections (1) are connected, interlocking together in the stack. They resemble stacked outer frames, their inner surfaces flush to form a mold surface. Inside, a similar core mold stack may be included. Upper and lower surfaces of two adjacent outer mold sections have recesses mating to form a supply channel (12). A series of mating cylindrical elevations and depressions (10, 11) in adjacent mold sections, provide mutual location for sections of the stack. Axes of these keys intersect at right angles. The outer section may be formed as two halves, mounted for mutual relative transverse motion. The molds are made especially of sheet metal.
