Process to terminate a drying process within a microwave oven by measurement of relative humidity of exhausted air from the interior of the microwave

In a process for drying a substance (1) within e.g. a microwave oven (2), air (37) is exhausted or pumped from the oven (2) interior. The air is removed at a rate which is proportional to the oven air relative humidity as detected by a sensor.
