The apparatus combines the functions of a cross-flow filter and the rotation of a centrifuge to manufacture a ceramic or sintered metal tubular structure employing axial-symmetrical structures of powdered material. Preferred Features: The apparatus provides for the continual supply of an infinitely-variable mix of particles drawn from different suspensions. The cross-flow centrifuge comprises a filter insert (1), a static suspension feed pipe (2) with openings, and a rotating housing (3). The tubular products are axial-symmetrically identical, and have a graded spread of component particles and pore size. The filter products manufactured may be made of two or more types of component particle to form a compound of alternating sequence and pore gradient.
