PURPOSE: A method and a system for treating sewage and wastewater using tubular ultra-filtration membrane without housing are provided to simultaneously remove phosphorus and nitrogen by microorganisms, stably obtain good effluent by solid-liquid separating activated sludge and maximize denitrification effect by maintaining high concentrated microorganisms. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises first screen(1) for performing pretreatment by removing miscellaneous materials from sewage and wastewater supplied from the outside; a flow balancing tank(2) for supplying a fixed quantity of the sewage and wastewater by a quantifying pump to maintain sewage and wastewater flown in from the first screen to a certain load in the sewage and wastewater treatment system; a dephosphorization tank(3) for degrading organic matter of sewage and wastewater flown in from the flow balancing tank by anaerobic microorganisms and discharging phosphorus by phosphorus removing microorganisms; a denitrification tank(4) for denitrifying the degraded organic matter flown in from the dephosphorization tank and internally returned nitrogen oxides by denitrification microorganisms; a nitrification tank(5) for converting the ammonia nitrogen into nitrate-nitrogen by reacting ammonia nitrogen of sewage and wastewater flown in from the denitrification tank with nitrification microorganisms and oxygen supplied by diffuser(50) and reducing concentration of phosphorus through excess phosphorus absorption reaction by phosphorus removing microorganisms at the same time; a circulation tank(6) for minimizing dissolved oxygen of the sludge by returning sludge flown in from the nitrification tank to the dephosphorization tank and the denitrification tank and removing phosphorus through extraction of the sludge; a tubular micro-filtration membrane(8) without housing, the micro-filtration membrane is formed of a bundle of porous pressure resistant supporting pipes on which holes having size of 200 to 200,000 Dalton are formed to separate effluent and concentrated sludge by pressing sludge flown in from the circulation tank; and a CIP tank(9) for storing effluent flown in from the micro-filtration membrane to purify the effluent using chemicals or discharge the effluent.
