A roller(36) is mounted in the adjusting component(12) and a spring element(44) presses the roller against the nozzle disc plate(14) so that the roller during adjustment of the adjusting component rolls over the nozzle plate. The adjusting component has two spaced apart abutment elements(48) upon which lies the spring element which is made from a spring steel wire section. The roller is mounted between the two abutment elements.
