The planet wheel gear has a sun wheel driven by a shaft, a ring gear, a group of first and of second step planets. All the step planets are mounted on the one planet carrier. The large step wheels of the second step planets constantly engage with the teeth of the sun wheel, and the small step wheels of the first step planets engage with the hollow wheel. The engaging surfaces at the end of the rotary shaft (12) of the large step wheel (2) of the first step planets are axially outside the track of the roller bearing (6). The engaging surfaces have each at least one adjustment disc (11) axially held by a securing ring (9).
