The electric-motor driven stand-alone/universal kitchen appliance comprises conical planetary gear containing planet wheel with planet wheel axis and sun wheel (49) with sun wheel axis (50), and an electric motor comprising motor shaft (20), which extends along the rotational axis of the motor. The motor shaft and the planetary gear are coupled together using a connection (57) that transmits the rotation. The connection comprises a spur gear (58) with two spur wheels and/or two bevel gears, worm gear with gearing worm and a worm wheel or front hypoid gear with two front hypoid wheels. The electric-motor driven stand-alone/universal kitchen appliance comprises conical planetary gear containing planet wheel with planet wheel axis and sun wheel (49) with sun wheel axis (50), and an electric motor comprising motor shaft (20), which extends along the rotational axis of the motor. The motor shaft and the planetary gear are coupled together using a connection (57) that transmits the rotation. The connection comprises a spur gear (58) with two spur wheels and/or two bevel gears, worm gear with gearing worm and a worm wheel or front hypoid gear (48) with two front hypoid wheels. The spur gear and/or bevel gear exhibits a gear ratio of 20:30. The gearing worm and/or the front hypoid wheel exhibit a gear ratio of 1:2. The sun wheel exhibits a sun wheel shaft, on which the second bevel gear sits. The sun wheel axis is coplanar and stands perpendicular to the engine axis of rotation. The planetary gear exhibits a conical internal gear that is arranged coaxial to the sun wheel. The internal gear is stationary and torque proof connected with equipment housing of the appliance. The planet wheel axis and sun wheel axis intersect themselves at an angle of 25-30[deg]. The planetary gear exhibits a planetary gear axle, and the gear ratio between a rotation around the sun wheel axle and a rotation around the planetary gear axle is 1:2 to 1:5. The electric motor with a maximum nominal circulation speed at 8000-15000 revolutions per minute is integrated with the appliance. The planetary gear exhibits an admission for a tool such as blending-, mixing-, chopping-, kneading- and/or a cutting tool and/or a blowing- and/or agitating tool.
