The annular element production process consists of making the base body (1) to a length (L1) which is greater then the length (L2) of the annular element (6) by quotients from the width of a dividing groove (3) in the base body which divides it into annular segments (4, 5) and the sine of the angle ( alpha ) of the groove to the axis of the base body. The base body is then shortened on alternate sides and finally divided into the two annular segments.
