The packaging unit reversibly fixes the chip card (2) to a sheet of paper (1) to which the PIN (3) and personal unlocking key or PUK (4) numbers are also applied. A single or multiple folding process hides the PIN and PUK numbers from sight. The folded part contg. the numbers is stuck together.
