The sensor has a voltage-current converter and correction unit for the level of current signal. The flow sensor has a flow amount detection unit (100). The level of its output voltage (VM) indicates the through flow amount of a fluid. A voltage-current converter (500) converts the output voltage to a current (I1). The correction unit (300) corrects a level of a current signal (12) produced by the converter (500) as a level of the output voltage (VM), which indicates the flow amount alterations. A current output unit (600) is provided for the output of a current signal (101) which would be corrected by the correction unit, as a determined output current signal, which indicates the flow amount of the fluid.
