In a transdermal therapeutic system for delivering drug(s) (A) at a site on the skin from a reservoir formed by a homogeneous dispersion of solid (A) particles in a hydrophilic or lipophilic matrix, the matrix is fixed on a continuous base foil and subdivided into unit sections (or groups of two or more sections) separable into individual dose portions by dividing the base foil.
