The arrangement has a laser source and a processing head connected to it via a light conductor (14), whereby the processing head has a device for beam shaping, a device for beam deflection and a beam outlet opening. The deflection device contains at least two deflection mirrors (51,52) arranged at an angle to each other and at least one of the mirrors can be varied in angle.
