The prefabricated wall board, with a load-bearing wood construction (1), has a compound layer structure of cement-bonded light concrete applied in a wet-on-wet process. It has two outer layers (3) with a dry bulk density of 250-500 kg/m3 and at least one center layer (2) with a dry bulk density of 190-250 kg/m3. At least one side surface of the wood construction is enclosed by the compound layer material. The center layer (2) has a thickness of 10-25 cm, and at least one of the outer layers (3) is 4-5 cm thick.
