The system has two main belts (1,2) with plug-in brackets of belt locks at one end. The complementary bracket holders are positioned on opposite sides of the seat (25), where first deflectors (7,8) for the main belts are also located. Second deflectors (18,19) and a clamp unit (22) for a tension strap (21) are located near the top edge of seat back rest (24). The top end of the strap carries a device (20) for detachable connection of the other ends of the main belts. A belt (12) passing between the legs is fastened to the seat with one end, and its other end has a part (10) with crossing passages for the main belts and bracket holders (9) for plug-in brackets.
