The meat mincing machine has a multiple separation and cutting set for breaking down gristle, cartilage, sinews, fat and bone parts. It involves dividing perforated plates and dividing blades, with radially running withdrawal channels. The dividing perforated plates (5) above their hub areas have inclined running feed channels (6) and the dividing blades (4) have transition apertures formed as blade through passage apertures. The dividing perforated plates with their feed channels are arranged on a worm shaft blade pin coincident with the transition apertures of the dividing blades. The set is provided with a heatable cutting system.
