The multi-purpose knife comprises a blade (2), and a handle (1), which is fixed with the blade. Two longitudinal edges (21,22) are provided, which have cutting edges. The blade comprises a tip (23) with two-sided cut. The two-sided cut of the tip is formed as smooth cut. A lower edge (20) of the cut comprises wave peaks and wave troughs. Multiple wave troughs are formed pointed, and the wave peaks are formed round.
