New copolymer of carboxylate ester with propylene oxide and ethylene oxide, which has good stability in the cold and good water solubility, is useful as surfactant in concentrates

Random polymer of a carboxylate ester with propylene oxide (PO) and ethylene oxide (EO), which contains 1-10 moles of PO and 2-20 moles of EO per mole of carboxylate ester, is new. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of the random polymer.
