Measuring expression of tumor-specific genes (I) in tumor cells that have been incubated with virus, is new. An Independent claim is also included for a kit for establishing a virogram that comprises various viruses, in the form of viral titers, and oligonucleotide primers complementary to the 3'- and 5'-regions of (I).
