A liquid, storage- and emulsion-stable agent for wet currying of leather and pelts which contains: (i) a dubbing agent, (ii) a re-tanning agent and (iii) a pH regulator etc and which allows neutralization, re-tanning and dubbing in a single bath is such that (a) is made from natural or synthetic unsaturated fat, oil or wax which is oxidatively treated prior to further chemical reaction.
