The motor has a bore in the drive shaft (1) with working fluid that is to be cooled. The unit has containers (2,4) to hold coolant at each shaft end of the motor. The containers are connected to a recooling unit (6) by ducts. Dynamic seals (3,5) are arranged between the drive shaft and the containers. A pump (7) is arranged in the coolant circuit.
