The positioner stage (40) and the counterpart toothing assembly (44) lie in the same radial area and one planet wheel at least (48)on the respective second sides (12) of the primary and secondary sides can rotate. The other side (12) has first and second cover disks (18,26) axially spaced to allow for axial movement of the central element (30) arranged between the cover disks (18,26). Planet wheel (48) rotates on disk (18) as opposed to the counterpart toothing (44) which is punched or embossed on the disk (30) side facing the cover disk (18). The positioner stage (40) and the toothing (44) are preferably made in a single pass. Planet wheel (48) lies parallel to the axis (P) parallel to the main axis of rotation complete with toothing (50) and counterpart toothing (44), in one variant integral to the side (18) containing the flywheel element (34).
