To the rolling sleeve membrane (11) a cup-shaped membrane (10) is connected, forming a base and cylindrical wall (7), held at fixed height in the casing. Preferred features: Reinforcement (15) surrounds the filled gas volume (3), part-fastened to the casing (1). Reinforcement and/or membrane are fixed in the casing, allowing the cylindrical wall (7) to rest against the reinforcement. A frustrated conical section extends upward from the cylindrical wall (7). This is matched in shape by the upper part of the membrane. The top (13) is closed off and held by a dimensionally-stable edge ring (12).
