The crane hook (11), with remote control, has a hook point (2) which is connected (8) to a further cable or chain. The connection (8) is structured so that the connected cable or chain is aligned directly with the hook zone next to the point. The hook holder section of the hook has a min. elasticity as established by the formula: E.I=(BL3)/1500000+0.01. E is the elasticity module in N.m-2, I the moment of inertia (m4), BL the load at rupture where the hook breaks. The operating link can be a Bowden (RTM; moving wire within a sheath) cable.
