The system has a gear lever (12) with gearshift knob (11) and yoke unit (13), and gearshift operating parts (10). These comprise of a spherical gearshift ball (14) on the lever, lever fasteners (20) with axis (21) to support the yoke unit, a fastener unit (22) to support the axis, and a locking device (23) for the yoke unit. There are vibration dampers (30) with connectors (31,32,33) to connect the fastener unit to the vehicle body. Operating force transmission parts (40) have a cylinder unit (42) and a gearshift rod (41) connected to it.
