The method involves mounting a UV-setting lacquer with a viscosity between 15 s and 60 s in a 3 mm measurement beaker according to DIN 53211 on a gravure cylinder and printing it onto the substrate with a gravure printing technique. Finally the coating on the substrate is hardened by exposing it to UV light. An Independent claim is also included for an arrangement lacquering substrates with UV-setting lacquer.
