The system has a central heat source, a central heat storage device, pipes, distributed heat output devices and an air delivery and ventilation system for room air, whereby heat distribution in the building is achieved with the central heat storage device working with at least one non-central heat exchanger, with distribution via consumable water pipes and a circulation line (3) to circulate the consumable water in the pipe system.
