Operating time of a preset device which takes part in a process with short cycle time is measured and stored. From database a process with long cycle time is searched and specified. Over accumulation value or over operating time of a preset device having processing problem is computed. An accumulation value of over frequency is carried out in a specified period. The accumulation value of over frequency is carried out in a specified period based on the accumulation value data or the over operating time of the preset device. An independent claim is also included for system of casting installation.
