PURPOSE: To provide a fluoroplastic smooth molded product being low in surface roughness useful for the production of a semiconductor. ;CONSTITUTION: A fluoroplastic resin molded product is held between smooth molds with surface roughness (Ra) of 50Å or less and subjected to compression molding under molding conditions such that molding temp. is 270-340°C, molding pressure is 10kg/cm² or greater and a compression time is 2min or more to obtain a smooth fluoroplastic molded product with surface roughness (Ra) of 500Å or less. By this method, particles, metal impurities or org. impurities are made hard to adhere to the surface of the molded product and can greatly be removed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
