PURPOSE: To compensate the dropped temp. of molten metal, to dispense with a work for connecting induction heating device by dispensing with the induction heating device in each molten metal pouring pot and to extend the service life of a refractory. ;CONSTITUTION: The molten metal pouring pot 12 stores the molten metal 1 and discharges the molten metal from a molten metal tapping hole 15 by tilting and the outer shell 13 thereof is made of non-magnetic material. A flat plate-like induction coil 32 of the induction heating device 31 independently separated from the molten metal pouring pot 12, is faced to the molten metal 1 through some gap to compensate the dropped temp. of the molten metal 1. At the time of tilting the molten metal pouring pot 12, the shapes and the arrangements are adopted so as not to mutually interfere between the inner periphery of the molten metal pouring pot 12 and the outer periphery of the induction heating device 31. A yoke 33 is arranged at the back surface of the induction coil 32 and worked with the commercial frequency, and a lifting device 34 may be provided. The molten metal pouring pot 12 is tilted with a tiltable roller conveyor 16b and the tilting center is made to be a pin 17 near the molten metal tapping hole 15.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
