A multichannel supple catheter (7) has an adjustable head (3) on its distal end (20), followed by a mechanism for placing a pre-positioned vascular endoprosthesis, all located adjacent to the tip of a probe (2). It also has a stent release system in the form of a balloon injected with fluid through the catheter, carrying one or more pre-positioned stents (6). The head can comprise a mechanical and/or physical atheroma ablation instrument, and the probe can be ultrasonic.
