The cooling system for a blower mandrel, for molding plastics materials, has a thermal dissipation housing (1) to hold facing Peltier effect thermo-electric modules (3). On a cooling control action, the control (2) passes a current through the Peltier modules (3). A heat pump is at the cold emission point (4). The heat from the blower mandrel (7) is evacuated by water exchangers (5,6).
