The method involves arranging elements such as fans (6), Peltier elements (8) and lamella heat exchanger (9) in an effect connection way and in different combinations. The fans, the Peltier elements and the lamella heat exchanger are attached in a housing (2) at a rear side of a photovoltaic panel (1) by retrofitting. The Peltier elements are provided under utilization of temperature difference between a sun-illuminated surface of a solar panel and a turned away surface that lie in a shade.
