The procedure uses a flat blank with two cut lines that form two identical flaps (PL1,PL2). It has two fold lines (LP1,LP2) that connect together the ends of each cut line, and a number of pairs of colinear slots (RP1,RP2) that are formed on the flaps. A number of plates (T1,T2,T3) are included, and these have a length that corresponds to the spacing between the fold lines. The flaps are folded and the ends of the plates engage in the slots of the same pair.
