Packaging procedure for candy floss (Am: cotton candy) uses coextruded polypropylene bag evacuated of air and injected with low humidity nitrogen

A procedure for packaging candy floss made by traditional means in a laboratory atmosphere with a humidity level below 20 per cent uses a coextruded polypropylene bag 50 microns thick which is evacuated of air and then injected with one litre of nitrogen with a humidity level of no more than 5 ppm before the bag is sealed.
