The communications resource processing method has two communication buses connected by a cord less transmission bridge, each bridge having a portal (A,B,C,D) with cord less communications. The process models the cordless bridge for each portal with virtual buses and virtual bridges. The system global register with the pass band availability is emulated, and the necessary pass band outside the global register connection found.
