The luminous banner sign has a transparent tube (2) with electrical lamps (31) connected in series. Banners (1) are attached to the outside of the tube. The banner is a transparent material (11) and the upper light tubes (12) have tube halves which couple together in assembly and hold the banners. The tubes pivot, so that the banners turn and the tube light sources light the banners.
