The liquid square stop tap comprises an elbowed pipe (5) the inlet (3) and outlet (4) ends of which have inlet and outlet pipe connections to a fluid circulation circuit. A pipe closing/opening part arranged in the elbow is controlled by an external handle (6). The outlet connections are rapid connectors able to be connected to the tap pipe without the use of tools.
