Modulation of TGF- by recombinant TGF- type II receptor polypeptides

The mammalian TGF- type II receptor has been cloned. Recombinant TGF--binding receptor polypeptides are useful to alter the binding of TGF- to its receptors and to modulate the effects of TGF- in vivo.
