Using JPEG compression, method and the device in order to decide the quantization factor value which generates the average compression ratio of desire of the picture sequence automatically

(57) Abstract The sequence of the blood vessel contrast photographing picture has consisted of the frame of the data. The sample sequence which has consisted of the frame of many this kind is compressed and using the value whose quantization factor is low, and as a result the average compression ratio which it occurs is decided. In addition as for the same sample sequence, using the relatively high value where it confronts quantization factor, it is compressed and another average compression ratio is decided. Then, it is possible to decide value of the quantization factor which fits to the average compression of desire of the entire sequence with linear interpolation.
