PURPOSE:To easily grasp in a real time a correlation of momentum and a degree of physical fatigue required for health control or sports control by constituting the system so that a correlation of a shock quantum and a degree of physical fatigue at the time of physical exercise can be informed by an informing means. CONSTITUTION:The health control device 1 consists of sports shoes 2 and an apparatus main body 3 used by attaching to an arm belt 3a. The sports shoes 2 are provided with a shock absorbing part 5 in a midsole 4, and it consists of an absorber 6 for bearing a shock absorbing action and a shock sensor 7. The absorber 6 is formed by enclosing silicone gel as a shock absorber into a film 8, and the shock quantum sensor 7 is formed by sticking an electrode foil to the upper and the lower parts of conductive silicone gel 10 containing a conductive filler and enclosing it in the film 8. Also, in the midsole 4, an arithmetic processing part 11 is provided, and it is connected to the shock quantity sensor 7 and a battery 12.
