PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition having excellent storage stability, effective in ameliorating cerebral circulation metabolism and remedying peripheral vascular diseases, having antiallergic action and free from side effect by dissolving gingko leaf extract and a specific organic compound in water. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is produced by dissolving (A) ginkgo leaf extract and (B) an organic compound containing basic nitrogen atom in the molecule and having a solubility of =10g/100ml in water at normal temperature (preferably amino acids, vitamins or urea) in (C) water. The composition is preferably further incorporated with sugars and sugar alcohols.
