PURPOSE: To enable an user to freely select either the western style or the Japanese style stool by providing a seat type stool on the top of a crouching type tool and making the seat type stool storable in front or on the side of the crouching type stool. ;CONSTITUTION: A couching type stool 1 is provided on a floor 3 in a flush type and a seat type stool 2 is provided on the top of the crouching type stool 1 in a freely detachable manner. When tools are laid on the top of the other, it functions as a western stool. Next, the seat type stool 2 is stored in an accommodation space provided on a wall 4 in front or on the side of the crouching type stool 1 by means of giving a sliding motion or a turning motion to the seat type stool 2 thereby causes the crouching type stool 1 to function as a Japanese type stool. Further a cleaning device 6 is provided and operated when the seal type stool 2 is housed so as to automatically clean inside and outside surfaces of the seat type stool 2 and a stool seat 2a provided on the upper edge portion of the seat type stool.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
