PURPOSE: To provide an inexpensive waveform distortion correcting circuit which freely independently determines the amplification factor and the phase delay of each frequency component of a transmission signal. ;CONSTITUTION: A signal is inputted to the inverted input terminal of an operational amplifier 5 through the series circuit of a first capacitor CA and the parallel circuit of a first resistance RA and a second capacitor CB. Values of the resistance RA and capacitors CA and CB including a second resistance RB for feedback are adjusted to freely determine amplification factors g₁ and g₂ and phase delays θ₁ and θ₂ corresponding to respective frequency components of the input signal independently of each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
